WE’RE A LONDON BASED FULL SERVICE CONTRACTOR

We carry out building and electrical work, mainly for shops, restaurants, and schools. Our experienced team takes care of everything from routine maintenance to full refurbishments and fit-outs. We manage projects from start to finish, making sure the work is well-organised, completed on time, and up to a high standard.

We can handle contracts up to £500,000 and use our own skilled technicians, which means better quality control and clear communication throughout the job. We take pride in being reliable, easy to work with, and focused on doing things properly the first time.

We started the company in 2022—founded by two tradesmen, electrician George Maynard and carpenter Joe Love. After years of working on sites and projects separately, we realised we shared the same vision: to bring our skills together and build a construction company that delivers top-quality work with a personal touch.

With a solid background in the trade and a passion for doing things properly, we set out to create something we could be proud of—taking on well-run projects for clients who expect high standards. Whether it’s a shop fit-out, school refurbishment, or ongoing maintenance, our aim is simple: do a great job, keep things running smoothly, and build strong working relationships along the way.
